If during the inspection, we determine that due to the condition of the mounting of the ring, additional work is necessary or advisable, a refurbishment fee may be charged.</p>

<li>Online purchases can be returned to any Lee Michaels retail store location or mailed back to Lee Michaels per the instructions below.</li>
<li>Items that are returned during the thirty (30) days after delivery which are in an unsaleable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.</li>
<li>You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.</li>
<li>Items purchased as a gift will receive merchandise credit.</li>

                  <h1>Availability; Termination</h1>
                  <p>The Websites (or any portion of the Websites) may be modified, updated, interrupted, suspended or terminated at any time, for any reason, without notice. You agree that Lee Michaels will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, update, interruption, suspension or termination of the Websites.</p>

				<p>The prevailing party in any proceeding arising under the Agreement will be entitled to receive reimbursement of its reasonable expenses and attorneys’ fees.</p>
				<p>You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Websites or the Agreement must be filed within (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.</p>
